Excerpts - “Extraction, Social, Environment, Health costs and other related issues if considered – coal based electricity becomes about Rs. 7-8 Kwh, only when the social aspects are considered. In addition to that, when we also put a real price of coal as a commodity the cost of electricity from coal will be Rs 7 KwH.”
